- Run services.msc - Start , Run , type services.msc
Turn off or disable this useless service ...

- Delete all file in C:\WINDOWS\Prefetch (not the folder)
- Right click My Computer icon on the desktop , properties , advance , perfomance setting. Then choose Adjust Best performance. ok
- Reboot computer and see the results.
